The food is usually yummy, but my order has been wrong the last couple times I've gone in- may not seem like a big deal but it's a bummer to order sausage and get ham. I don't like ham.

With recent change of ownership the bagel quality has SOARED. Honestly these are the closest to NY bagels I have found on the West Coast.

Great food and these guys went way out of their way to make sure everything was right. They jumped into their car to bring me something the driver had forgotten, great customer service. We will patronize them a long time.

Use To Live In San Rafael Went To House Of Bagels All The Time My Daughter Her Family We'd Meet Sunday's For Bagels The Asian Family That Owned It Became Our Family Asians And Jews. I Loved The Rubens Sandwich Too! Well To My Surprise Yesterday Dec 16th I Found Myself Back In San Rafael Not Knowing It Had Been Sold To A Hispanic Family But Everything Is Terrific The Son A Very Nice Fellow Put Up With My Sardonic Sense Of Humor. I Ordered 2 Rubens To Go Had One Last Night It Was Terrific Like Nothing Changed. So From Asian Jewish Cuisine To Hispanic Jewish Cuisine Hooray!!!

Enjoyed a delightful brunch experience at this spot! The food was fantastic, and the staff provided excellent service. To enhance customer service, consider more attentive staff training and faster response times. Overall, a great place for brunch with the potential for even better service!
