pick your own soup base (served by waitress who takes your soup order), walk to the fridge and pick your own food ($0.5 per skewer, DIY), then make your own sauce (DIY), and sit down and enjoy. A fun experience overall. Complementary items: sauce bar, appetizers (sesame ball/cucumber salad/seaweed salad/peanut/chicken feet), and fruit (orange). Vegetarian options: plenty of vegetables and fruit selections Parking: plaza’s parking (busy one) Kid-friendliness: high chair Wheelchair accessibility: yes wheels in friendly (restrooms area, too).
No longer hot pot bros. They don't have the kbbq, no longer ayce and new staff is rude. Won't be returning, wasn't fond of the business practice of keeping everything the same even though they're entirely different and lowkey tricking people into thinking it's the same place.
This is no longer Hot Pot Bros it is now Nice to meet you. The difference is there’s no bbq anymore and less meat selections in my opinion. One star because I was expecting hot pot bros that have the soups and bbq and got something 100% different.
Great food, great service. Skewsrs in the hot pot are something I never thought was possible, quite interesting and fun actually. Goes to show that when it comes to chinese food, it's never plain or dull.
Tastes the same as the San Gabriel location. Service is better
The servers is really slow Not that good
