Hot Off The Grill

We were ignored while waiting to order. At least 5 min. Ordered 1 kids plain hot dog $11.89. One plain hamburger (since they didn’t offer a kids one) $13.69. One pastrami combo $19.99. The pastrami was soaked in hot sauce (probably to disguise rotten meat).it was inedible. Complained to server and was given a shoulder shrug and told to order something else next time. (There won’t be a next time). Total $49.56 rediculius!!!

Manager helps no one on the floor . The restaurant needs to hire a leader . Who can handle complaints properly, de escalate situacion , manage to properly retain clients , serve safe and clean food , support FOH AND BOH personal. Instead of being in the back doing absolutely nothing

Great staff and food is very fresh...

Menu is way too big. Why have fried zucchini if you're not gonna make it right? This probably applies to 60 percent of the menu.

I ordered a vegetable omelette, only to get to work to enjoy it, and there is no cheese on it. I thought cheese was a given, but after calling to inform the establishment, I was told cheese is an add on for an extra cost. Oh well!

Understaffed. Rude. Don't understand english and orders in drive thru. Poor management. Overpriced.

Pretending like your closed at 9:45 when Google says 10pm and there are employees working inside is shady. Use to love this place but I won’t be back.

Sunday morning. Gave them one more chance... Waitress made excuses, for inedible food. Hash browns tasted like disgusting, old oil. Even the water tasted bad. Full price. No compensation. Consistently, foul food. Usually, overcooked. Sometimes, undercooked. Blah*... Go somewhere else. The Huntington Beach location is way better. Heil & Bolsa Chica. But, you'd be better off going to Roman's Mexican restaurant; the next parking lot over. (FountainValley...) A Nice Place to Leave!

The chili cheese fries tasted disgusting. Old leathery fries. Tasteless gray meat soup and the least cheese tasting cheese ever. Then they put it on paper that melted into the cheese, and I'm pretty sure we ate some of it. Never tf again.
