I love Hot Head Burritos! Their food is great! The staff is so kind and friendly. It's my new favorite spot for lunch. I highly recommend trying it out! Vegetarian options: They have lots of veggie options. Dietary restrictions: They have lots of gluten free options available. Parking: There's lots of parking available in their parking lot.

This is the second time I have ate here & got food poisoning. Me & my fiancé got a bowl last night for dinner & we both woke up at the same time throwing up with diarrhea. All the symptoms of food poisoning. I thought the first time I just had a stomach bug & I was pregnant. It was about 6 months ago so I gave it another try & we both got food poisoning. I will be calling the health department Monday bc they aren’t doing something right.

I ordered mine and my fiances lunch from here using the app. I went and picked it up and they tell me some guy picked up my order already. I ask the lady how? Because I ordered it for pick up threw the app I did not use grub hub or any delivery services. She said the guy came in with a paper receipt with my name on it and my order. Again I ask how is that possible when I ordered it on the app. She said it has happened a few times and she don't know. She tells me I have to order it again and pay. I stated I'm not paying again sense I already did. She tells me She will not remake it nor give me my money back. She says the manager is not in and she don't want to get fired for giving free food. So I go outside get my fiance and bring him back in and ask her is this the guy that picked up my order she says no. Then she talks to him because I'm mad at this point she tells us to ask our bank for the refund. Guess what the bank won't do a refund. So he goes back in by himself this time because I'm shaking mad. He ask for the managers number and the guy behind the counter by the lady says I'm the manager. So my fiance ask for our money back or our food made and he said he will not do that. Moral of the story I won't go back here ever again. They stole my money from me today.

The accent of the Mexicans that run it were so heavy I could not understand them. I had to ask them to repeat themselves 3 or 4 times and I still couldn't understand them. I left without ordering. They need to improve their English substantially. I will not go back, nor will I recommend them to friends. I can't answer any of the rest of the questions because I left in disgust.
