To whom it may concern I perry lee visit this establishment March 1st 2024 doing so I have purchased items and I had a simple complaint with merchandise that I had received which stadium the employee have repulse back with racial slurs threatening to beat me up can I have picked up an object filled with liquid and have throwing it at me

I had a turkey corndog and either the grease was bad, the hotdog, or whatever is in the breading because I was extremely nauseous after finishing it and ended up vomiting it all up. I will never ever ever eat from this or any other location again

My daughter bought an XL lemonade cherry flavored. They changed her an extra 1.00 for the flavor. This has never been the case before. Perhaps because of the covid they are changing extra fine. So my daughter tastes the lemonade and it is sour. She asked me to try it and in fact it was sour. I told my daughter to go back to advise them and to have them add more sweetener. She said they wouldn't without additional payment! I go over to help with the resolve but I was met with grave opposition. The lady "April" advised she could not add the sweetener without charging us.... I advised if she could not fix my beverage I wanted my money back. She refused saying the drink was half full wish was not true. Then she said there is no manager there so she can not refund me. All she could do is write my information down and I will get a call back whenever they would return.... This was the absolute worst customer service I have received! I will be contacting corporate regarding this encounter and the explain the unacceptable behavior that was received.

Heard about this from the Jason Show. Had to experience it. Honestly, a good corndog. Avoid the veggie dog. It's rough
