Hops n Drops

This is an average sports bar trying to position itself as a craft beer bar but they don’t know beer. It’s all average stuff, the Walmart of craft beer bars. Someone woke up one day and decided to open a craft beer chain but couldn’t be bothered learning about beer. Anyone born before 1964 will think it’s incredible

Very underwhelming. Not a thing here is even close to special. Had to beg for service and then got attitude/dirty look for it. Apps were again nothing special. Group of 6 and would not go back.

We usually like this place (that’s why I’m not giving it one star) but tonight we received the worst service I have ever experienced. We were ignored by our server for close to 45 min. Started great, then when we received our appetizer he disappeared. A table that sat 20 min after us received their food before we ordered our dinner. Then he disappeared again. My partner finally went to the bar to get boxes where our server looked directly at him waiting and said/did nothing. He instead went to restock ketchup and casually drink some water. When my partner waved at him in the back to ask for our check he said, “Well where is it?” So he had to explain that we had never gotten one. Got our check and he tried to disappear AGAIN. My partner had to flag him down to give him his card. Food was fine.

The waiter and service was decent however after I ate here the next 2-3 days I had a very nasty stomach bug

The food was so bad we couldn’t finish it. I feel bad leaving a review, because the server was so kind and attentive, but I was severely disappointed after hearing such great things.

I ordered street tacos because the menu stated they came on corn tortillas. They came with flour tortillas. I have celiac, so I was unable to eat them. The menu also stated they came with guacamole and sour cream. There was neither. I called this restaurant 4 times, telling them about the problems with my order. While they seemed sympathetic, I was never refunded as I had requested. I won't return.

1st time here with a date. Naya was patient, made great suggestions and overall had a great positive energy! Will definitely coming back!
