Hopdoddy Burger Bar

I've worked in the restaurant industry for a couple of years. The workers here do a stupendous job. Food is fantastic, speedy, and energetic. In, addition, I want to give a shoutout to the server, Victor, who always greets me with a smile and remembers my name.

"Ground meat should always be cooked to a safe minimum internal temperature. Cook ground beef, pork, veal, and lamb to 160 °F. " (USDA 2023) They definitely don't follow this rule at Hopdoddy. Everything about this restaurant is good except for one thing: they overcharge for an undercooked hamburger, which according to the USDA, is unsafe to eat.

My first time eating here and was pleasantly surprised. Good burger and oh man were the fries good.

Immediately after walking in we were greeted by Victor who took a piece of trash I had from the walk over. Amari took our order and assigned us our seat. We ordered the Double Bacon Jam, the Classic, and a Green Chile Queso Fries. Everything was served quickly. While everything was delicious, I will warn that the burgers will be cooked with a pink inside in case you like it more well done. Victor stopped by the table several times to refill drinks and also make sure everything came out as ordered. At this point I had to stop him and find his name because he went above and beyond to make sure everyone was satisfied. He was constantly moving around the restaurant talking to each party. Amari also passed by to make sure our food was great and we ended up ordering a couple shakes to take with us. She was extremely friendly and we enjoyed talking with her! I wish I could give more than 5 stars on the service! Hopdoddy on Luther Ln. Will have our business each time we're in Dallas from now on!

I had the ahi tuna burger and- it -was delicious! Perfectly seared to rare. My wife had the double bacon with a gluten-free bun. It was also amazing. We had the truffle fries as well. Some of the best truffle fries I've tasted, and buddy I've tasted some truffle fries. Highly recommend you stopping in and grabbing a bite. Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options and knowledgeable staff.
