Hooters

We've been to this location about three times and our most recent visit will be the last. I always try to give places the benefit of the doubt and this was the final straw. We came in on a Saturday evening, they were busy, so we expected to wait a little while, but not 45+ minutes for our food from the time of ordering. We were a party of 3 which only ordered 2 10 piece wings, one order of fries, and a chicken caesar salad. There were tables of 4 getting served before we were and they were done by the time we got our food. The table in front of us, a party of about 6-7, were served as we were seated, ate, and even looked at us when they were leaving and said "boy, hope you're not waiting on food..." to which we said we were. Our waitress was running around but literally not checking in on us at all. She then came over twice to tell us our food should be ready soon (ok... but it's already been 45 minutes). We get our wings and order of fries delivered by someone other than our waitress, but our friend didn't get his SALAD. HOW? I bite into my wings and they were cold--like they've been sitting out the entire time. The fries? Also cold. My husbands wings were warm. So we wait another 5 minutes and still no salad. I'm trying not to eat these wings because they're cold but no one comes over. My friend had to get up to go find the manager and tell him he's waited over 45 minutes for a salad and my wings were cold. He finally gets his salad... (Edit to add: my friend reminded me recently that the salad didn't even have dressing on it and when he asked for some dressing they charged us $.99 for it). I'm still sitting with cold wings and I'm starving so I say eff it and eat them because I can't wait another 45 minutes to eat. It was just so bad. We told our waitress the issues we had with the dinner and she said she'd tell her manager to which he literally gave us a ham sandwich for free for our troubles lmao--which is supposed to be a hot ham sandwich, but LOL it was cold too. The whole experience was like it was a prank.

Faith was an awesome server for my 1st time here.she helped make my day!!!!! Hope to get her our next time. get the Daytona wings, they are truly AMAZING... hubby & I will be back

Food was very good and service (Moriah) was excellent. Parking: Easy in and out. Plenty of handicap spots Kid-friendliness: Many things going on to hold their interests Wheelchair accessibility: Outdoor seating and indoor accessible to wheelchair.

I don't frequently go to Hooters and every time I do, I am pleasantly surprised how good food really is. I have to make this a regular getaway.

Best shrimp and chicken

Love the Buffalo shrimp and Buffalo chicken sandwich. Never disappoint. Shelby was awesome with our family. Took great care of my wife, my son and I, even got my 1 yearolds frisbee signed by the other waitresses.
