Took 30 minutes to get a seat just to get told "hey you all can sit at the bar." The food was ok, but I was hoping the drinks were better. The liquor was light, but anything was mixed with was heavy, so we just had to do shots instead.

Brought our big family that drove all the way from Colorado here. Service was horrible. Almost everyone’s food was incorrect and cold. They remade some of them but again orders were still incorrect. We were THE ONLY table in the entire restaurant. Waitresses were not very understanding and our food was not edible. The waitresses were training and were confused. They couldn’t get anything right. One family members fries were extremely seasoned, and no one else’s was. The food came out spaced out, with the last family member having to wait over 20 min after we got our food to recieve hers. We also waited over an hour for any food to come out. What started all the disgusting issues was we found a FINGERNAIL type thing floating in my husbands drink. We will never return to this restaurant again. BUCKETS by the bathrooms I couldn’t hardly get back there because it was BLOCKED AND FILTHY. I can’t believe I ate some of the food. The waitresses lied to us about our food being fresh but like I mentioned most of it was cold and you could tell it had been sitting. The manager only offered a small discount which was pathetic. We didn’t see the daily deal and we asked if we could switch and the waitresses told us no. When my family member told the manager about this, she said it was never brought up to her and we could have taken advantage of the deal and saved money. I will never return to a hooters in my life!

Nasty

My family wanted to have dinner at your resturant, which we have always enjoyed. This one time I had to ask for management because the waitress did not want to put tables together to accommodate our family. We got past that and and sat down Next, my kiddos needed to use the bathroom and they were horrible!!!. The dirtiest ones I have ever been in. To finish off the visit, my daughter was coming back k from the bathroom, slipped on water on the floor(yes, there was a caution sign) but no one came over to help....I will admit it's been a couple of years since our last visit but WOW!! Management needs to get this place back k to what it used to be.

First time here complete waste of time. Asked to speak to the manager he never came out, sat at a table for approximately 30 minutes, no one ever asked us if we wanted a drink or anything. I'm assuming they're normally busy but the place was nearly empty it seems they had cleared out earlier because there was alot of smoke from the kitchen, again they were open we finally got up I asked to speak to the manager he never came. I left next door. Had to wait for a table so went back to speak to the manager again never came, the managers name is Ricky ,sounds like a kid, must be the way they run that restaurant. Wouldn't have minded waiting but waitresses were walking back and forth not doing more than just catching up with fellow waitresses. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, SERVICE S___cks!!!

Hooters isn't Hooters anymore... not only has the staff quality gone down hill so has their service. On 3/17/24 we visited the Riverwalk location. Our waitress Shy and her helper (?) Gwin were terrible. I'm assuming Shy was training Gwin so Gwin gets a little more grace in this review. First off, We found a table after Gwin finished washing them all off . Shy sitting. Gwin goes to get Shy and they asked the normal drinks/appetizers etc.. We could not hear Shy at ALL. Gwin was much louder and not in a huge hurry. Gwin brings our drinks (tea was sour by the way) , and Shy comes back to take our order. We ask her for a few more minutes. We finally order then our appetizers came out. 20 minutes later we are waiting for our meal and for our waitress to come back for a refill. Our food arrives after about 30 minutes but was delivered by a totally different waitress and our drinks refilled by different waitress. As we were eating several groups came in and NO ONE attended to them even after they were told about them needing a waitress, so they left. We literally didn't see Shy after she took our order for the rest of evening. Gwin was doing all the cleaning and everything. When it came time to pay, once again NO ONE came to take our card. The ppl who were sitting at bar were ALL employees and didn't bother to ask if we needed help when I walked over to find out where to pay. How rude your bartender is and the rest the employees are rude n lazy. Why are they all sitting at the booth instead of working. Needless to say it was the worst experience at Hooters we have ever had and these lazy girls lost out on a fat tip. What happened to your standards on staff and service? Hooters isn't Hooters anymore. This one should be the franchise embarrassment.

Food was good but the men’s restroom was pitiful. Dirty and stunk towel holder was hanging off the wall. Come on Hooters you can do better
