I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered 10 wings flappers only. Got half flappers and half drummets. I ordered onion rings. They were burnt. When the food showed up by Uber Eats it was cold. Not warm. COLD! And this location is only 1 mile from my hotel hear. I will never order from here again!

Overall wasn't a horrible experience. The food was good and the manager made sure everybody had everything they needed. He seemed to stay on top of everything. However the waitresses were hit or miss. There were around three girls at the front door and none of them sated me although they seated the people right in front of me. They just told me to sit wherever they didn't really care. The main thing that I didn't like, I ordered the Mahi tacos. When ordering I asked to substitute the slaw or baked beans for French fries which the menu said I could do for $1.99 or at least that's the way I understood it. All my waitress said was no problem. After I finished eating I realized I was charged for a full side of french fries. When I mentioned it she said that doesn't come with your tacos it only comes with the sandwich. Definitely something that she should have told me prior to putting the order in especially considering I specified I wanted my side to be fries instead of the baked beans or slaw that was offered with it. Ironically the fries were the worst portion of my meal and I didn't even end up eating them. They were completely overdone or old. I honestly couldn't tell which possibly both. Also to clarify I have ordered tacos at several other Hooters and it's always been included as a side or they've just always rang it in that way. I should also clarify that I drive for work and have been to most every Hooters in the US.

Appetizers times I've gone are cold left at warmer a while before being served. Buffalo shrimp came out cold ridiculous. Servers are to worried about looking good in mirror or restrooms and talking leave tables unattended for times... Drinks ordered outside usually takes forever One server at bar at times doing all orders. Needs new management it's not what it was originally, when opened up...Manager rude.

As a Miami Resident we have come to this hooters that the supervisor even recognized my husband this establishment has declined severely. The girls there are so rude and their behavior is discussing having no class these girls that talk back to you like you in the street, they need a better hiring process is this area. As a so called family establishment I would not go there sitting with 3 kids and extremely hungry, they took forever to take out order, then our order was mixed up leaving 2 people out of our party waiting to eat mind you there was people arriving way later than our group and received their food ahead of time. Why? Because the other waitresses were being spiteful towards our table from the very beginning since we sat down. This is extremely frustrating. They were not even busy to excuse them because all the waitresses were standing around gossiping. The manager on today 03/01 in the afternoon behaved so unprofessionally. He said due to me letting out a curse word of frustration he stated arguing with me like he was going to fight me a women, when my husband saw he was verbally the way he was talking to me he was not having that type of disrespect and told the manager to please not touch my husband and the manager said my husband touched him, in what way I have no idea. Because he didn’t want to shake your hand who hires these people, Then a girl started arguing from behind the counter like she was in the streets and honestly it was down right such a horrible experience. I hope that they have HR DEPARTMENT LOOK INOT THIS ESTABLISHMENT BECAUSE THE WHOLE STAFF DIDNT HAVE THE EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE TO DEAL WITH FRUSTRATED CUSTOMERS. In which they from the very beginning they where having a prejudice against us. I hope they have different team members where they know how to deal with the public.

Went to pay with my debit card but due to the card not having a chip reader and their machine not having a slot to slide my card the MANAGER MARK TOLD THE WAITER TO WRITE MY DRIVER LICENSE NUMBER AND EXPERATION DATE ON THE BILL.. WTH
