Hooters

I have visited this location before I was with a family member and my sister had never been to a Hooters so we thought it might be fun for her to visit with us. We sat at the bar and our server was Amber I explained to her that my sister had never been to one and thought it might be fun for her. Well Amber made the visit exactly that she had a nice conversation explaining all things Hooters and making it very for a very comfortable visit for my sister who did have fun not to mention great food and excellent service. Tried placing a small order over the phone (below $20) and I was asked to make a payment over the phone. I’ve never been asked to pay before I pick up the food. I understand if it was a few hundred dollar order. I Only carry cash. ‘New policy’ from Karen apparently. Also 30minute wait time on a small order????

The girls at this location did a great job today. I came in the early afternoon and there were a lot of customers. It looks like they were short staffed. Despite that I still had great service.
