Was told sit anywhere you want then sat there to not be helped and the place had maybe 3 customers the girls where all sitting around with other customers talking and not working

I walked in to get my food and they seen me standing there waiting and nobody tried to help me for 10 minutes I had to take it upon myself to find and grab my own food and once I found my food I looked in the bag to make sure it was all there and of course my cheese was burnt and hard I didn't have the ranch I was supposed to get and the ranch is out of date and doesn't smell good at all and the fries were under done and disgusting whoever they have working the night shift service and kitchen needs to be fired or retrained cause I would give y'all zero stars if i could because this isn't the first time this has happened to me at this location and I can guarantee this will be my last time

Y'all, let me tell you 'bout my time at Hooters. Our waitress, Jade, was a real gem, sweet as pecan pie and sharp as a whip. The grub? Oh, they sure know how to whip up some down-home cookin' just right. The joint was buzzin' with folks, even had families celebratin' a 24th birthday bash. The whole crew was as warm as a southern summer night, but Jade? She's the belle of the ball, no doubt about it. If you're lookin' for some good ol' southern hospitality, delicious vittles, and a side of charm, Hooters with Jade is the place to be, y'all. Parking: Lots of free parking in Nashville. Hard to beat!! Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps and plenty of parking close to the door. Very accessible to all patrons.

First time in a long time , really good wings! Was nice to sit and enjoy conversations with people at the bar and watch sports...always a good place to pick up online order when on the in area

We went a few weeks ago on a Friday night. We expected the restaurant to be busy, but it wasn’t very crowded at all. The waitress was nice, but she often disappeared for 20 minutes at a time. Our appetizer arrived about 40 minutes after we ordered, and we waited nearly an hour, about 55 minutes, for our food to arrive, and only the fries were even hot. The food tasted good, but was definitely not worth the wait. Overall, our visit was a real disappointment and made us late to the event we were attending after dinner.
