Worst restaurant I've ever been at. Management is rude crude, socially unacceptable.. Everything we wanted to do is move. 2 tables together and they says we could. And the weight was copped an attitude with us.The manager would never come out talk to us. And one guy that was there popped his mouth off to me and told me to go back where I came from. You should have minded his restaurant to anybody. In fact, we left and took a neighborhood. My money spends anywhere. So a lost business for 6 people at night. And also a guy in a parking lot was pulling in and I recommended not to go in there to go somewhere else. I guess I have too much business.
Snapper was great blackened. Was told by our salt water fishing guide that this is where the locals hang out and it didn't disappoint.
Took 45 minutes to take our order. Waitress apologized saying they only have two waitresses for the patio which is about 15 tables. Of those, only about 7 tables were occupied. Food was not good. I ordered the flatbread chicken and my husband ordered a hamburger medium. Flatbread came in a separate box like it had been delivered. It was franks with some chicken on it and topped with a little cheese. And his hamburger was burnt. Spend the extra and go to the restaurant across the street.
Great view of water, occasionally see dolphin. Wheelchair accessibility: Nice ramp on far side of restaurant.
First time visitors but so glad we went. The staff was friendly and helpful and the serving is worth the price. Everything was delicious. Plan to go again and I really recommend this place.
Just had lunch here, cost $75. Unreal husband ordered a screwdriver with Titos Vodka cost for 1 drink $15 in a plastic cup. Ticket showed $9+ for OJ and premium shot $6, we were not told ahead of time. $30 of our tab was these 2 drinks. Should have been told ahead of time, no wonder they don't have a drink menu! We feel taken advantage of. Won't be back! Shame on the management!
Lovely waterfront bar, superb staff,(penolope).Good food and beers.
A cozy, friendly, waterfront location with quick lunch service. Can view dolphin & manatee from the outdoor patio.
Went to Hooks for lunch Saturday 3/9/24 my wife ordered coconut shrimp and I ordered a fish sandwich both were ok but not great. My wife had 2 beers and I had 2 screwdrivers, our bill came to 75 dollars. To my surprise I was charged 18.60 for two screwdrivers and 9.38 for two premium shots ( I don't consider Titos premium) so my two drinks were almost 30.00. I should have been told upfront there was a premium charge. When you break it down I paid 18.00 for two glasses of orange juice and 9.00 for Titos. Will never go back.
Was told the shrimp dinner was jumbo shrimp- was not was also told $2,00 for ceaser salad or any salad when it says your choice of two sides with meal, but was charged $4.00 - atmosphere was wonderful is about all I can say. Not impressed
