Aaron was our Teppanyaki Chef, and he was excellent. He was extremely talented and personable. The food was absolutely delicious. I got the vegetarian Teppanyaki with fried rice, as well as a cucumber avocado sushi roll. Both her incredible. My friend got the steak and shrimp Teppanyaki. My friend kept commenting on how good hers was, and so while although I cannot personally recommend the steak and shrimp, I trust her feedback! I’ve never had a bad meal or experience from HonMachi and I’ve been here about 5-6 times. I Highly recommend HonMachi!
Andrew was our teppanyaki chef, and David was our server. Both were very personable and professional. The Hamachi kama is very tasty and reasonable. Be ready to spend a little more than usual. But it's worth it. The portions are generous. The sushi is always fresh. Enjoy!
Superb teppanyaki experience!
UPDATE: Came back to try and give another chance, prices are even higher and portions are even less, come on seriously? You cant keep going up and lowering quantity. I finish and still hungry. END OF UPDATE....The food is good but other places I've eaten like this give more food, the prices are way to high, especially for the quantity. My wife and I ordered nothing fancy, no alcohol and our bill was right at $80. If that's not much to you then you will enjoy it.
The food was great and our chef made the experience such a fun time. We will absolutely be returning.
