Food, table service and atmosphere were all good. Really disappointed at the host. It was a quiet weekday, about six tables were open outdoors. Asked for outdoor seating and were told all were reserved for the night. We took an indoor table. Leaving an hour later we noticed all six of the tables were still open. No idea why we were stiff armed. Not returning with this kind of shoddy treatment. Would have expected to be reseated if they had cancellations.

Holy Moly Batman! I guess I’ve been living under a rock (Hutto) but I didn’t realize my Valentine’s dinner was going to be such an incredible treat. We had a reservation for 5pm and were able to park on the street right in front of the building. Parking is kinda limited by the restaurant but there’s a lot near by. The exterior of the building is absolutely beautiful. I love their bright logo signage out front. The staff were so wonderful from the hosts to the wait staff and the chefs. We were seated right away at a great table. The interior is intimate and there’s so much cool texture, art, and lighting. The bathrooms are decorated beautifully as well and kept very clean. Now to the two main reasons to come back: the amazing service and the unpredictably, fabulous food! Jace was an absolute treat of a server. He was so wonderful from the time we got there until we were checking out. It was like seeing an old friend. Chef Raul and chef Felix were also so kind to come introduce themselves. Some of the best service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The food was other worldly. The heirloom tomato burrata was so tasty. The pesto and aromatics really make this dish stand out. The bread for this dish was really soft with a great crust. So good. This dish I’d on their happy hour too from 4-6pm. The fancy sliders are so good! Like seriously, one of the best sliders ever! Bacon onion jam, whiskey cheddar, wagyu beef, etc… everything about this thing is great. Also on the happy hour menu. As part of their Valentines menu we were able to get their Lover’s Kiss app, a lightly fried oyster served in shell with crème fraiche, lemon zest, beluga caviar, gold flake, chive. It’s insanely good. I could eat a tray of these things! Our main dishes were the Red Thai Curry Mussels, the Cider Glazed Crispy Pork Belly, and the Valentine’s main dish a very tender steak with scallops and baked polenta with a beautiful white wine sauce. Every bite of these dishes were amazing. I cannot express how tender that steak was! It was really incredible. The scallops and polenta together are a match made in heaven. The mussels had just enough spice but not over the top and the squid ink pasta topped with crispy rice noodles was just so wonderful. The pork belly was so good even my fiancé who’s not a fan of pork really enjoyed it. Don’t sleep on brown sugar apples. We finished off dinner with a baked banana pudding and the pot de creme. Both an absolute delight and I’d order both again… and again… and again. Their six grape port is one of the best red ports I’ve ever had. Their spicy margarita was very tasty and the ruby slippers looked great if you like gin and bubbles. My fiancé really liked it. Overall, this was one of the best nights I’ve had eating out in a while. Go give these guys your money! They work very hard to create memorable and exciting dishes while providing excellent service.

We loved it, and we'd definitely come back. We came for Valentine's Day, and they sat us in the back room. The atmosphere & aesthetic are delightful—the ornate velvety wallpaper and artwork were fantastic. The music was in good taste and at the perfect volume for conversation. And the service was great, our servers were very friendly and helpful. We started out with a couple zero proof drinks, la mijita and golden child. Both very good. Then we had the oysters, which were dressed and infused with smoke. Delicious. Our entrees were the mussels and the steak. The mussels were spicy, which I love, really enjoyed them. The steak was phenomenal—tender, juicy, flavorful, and well-paired with a mustard butter and mashed potatoes. Very much recommend.

We made a reservation for dinner to celebrate my birthday after I saw some buzz about them. I was blown away when we showed up that they had the whole staff sign a postcard for me, they brought us champagne to celebrate, and the entire staff was so kind. The atmosphere was moody and fun. The food was incredible, I ended up getting the hot chicken with garlic ginger rice, it was so flavorful and delicious. We had so much fun and felt very well taken care by every member of the staff. Before we left they told us we could fill out a post card and they would mail it for us which was such a fun touch.

I visited last night for the second time, and I can confidently say that 4.6 is a little high of a rating for this place. The ambiance and beautiful space deserve all the attention, but the food and drinks are overpriced for what they are. $35 dollar burger? I had asked how big the plate of the Grilled Brassicas was, and the waitress assured me, "it comes in a big bowl!" So I assumed was a good choice to share with another girlfriend. Yes, it came in a big bowl, mostly of empty space lol. There was maybe 3 brussel sprouts in there and some broccolinni. The flavor was just ok; for $18 I expected a larger quantity/better taste. The drinks are all $17 or $18 and were not tasty enough to justify that. Stick a sprig of rosemary in the drink and some herbs on the plates to look fancy and charge top dollar I guess. It's a cute place to go and sit on the patio with friends, and I will say the desserts are delicious. Not sure if I will return. There are just many restaurants in Austin with better quality at a more affordable price point.

Service was awesome, vibes were cool, food was delicious and it's a perfect spot for a date night. Grilled Brassicas was my favorite thing I tried and the pork belly was seriously tasty. Totally recommend this place for good eats and a good time.

Went here to celebrate our anniversary. Jayce, our server, went above and beyond. He was attentive, kind, and made our night very special. The executive chef even came to our table to wish us a happy anniversary. The food was amazing as were the drinks. I will definitely be coming back!
