I did not eat in the restaurant. I had the food delivered. The Egusi was delicious with the right amount of spice. The meat pie was pretty good too.
The food is nice and very delicious. Everytime i come anywhere in New York, i never miss my own people people's Africa food, and order as much as i can. Because when am on the road, i gotta warm up the food and eat. Ladies and gentlemen, y'all need to pay a visit to my mom's restaurant and get you some food. Whether it's rice, ewu, Amala, ogbono, ewedu, suya or anything. She will serve you your delicacy. God bless you mommy.
WORSE RESTAURANT IN TGE WORLD. FOOD TASE LIKE SHHEEE IET.. DONT GO SAVE YOUR LIFE.
Don't know if the food is good but the service is so slooooooow and the people that work here are rude, disorganized and did I say slow. Waited over 15 mins for an order that I was 1st told was picked up by someone else, then said that it wasn't even made and then was told that it just needed to be packed up. Beyond ridiculous. If you're ok with all the above then you'd probably love the place. If I could give negative stars I would
The very small portioned food was very good. Atmosphere is nothing to mention. The server was very polite.
Been here multiple times and their food is ALWAYS excellent. I've tried the White Rice with Buka stew, porridge, peppered snail, efo riro, and then some; even the zobo drink was on point. I will certainly recommend this restaurant to everyone. If you are looking for an authentic Nigerian food experience, to dine-in or take-out, HoneyBees is where you want to be!
Food is very good sometimes but great customer service
Ordered jollof and pepper soup. The soup tasted like straight meat broth with bones and cartilage as goat meat. The jollof rice with goat meat was flavorless. I thought hard about writing this. I have never written a review. VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE.
