Great service, ambiance, and shakes! We loved our server, Josue, who patiently helped us out especially as out-of-state customers!

The taste is weak and serving size isn’t the best

closed at 9:45 when they say they close at 10. Drove all the way here just to find out they decided to close early just cause they feel like it … so sad

Los shakes son divinos, echos especialmente para los amantes de los dulces. Muy acogedor y se ordena rapido, hay self service y si requieres ayuda ellos están disponibles muy rápido.

Maybe I came at a bad time. I had high hopes due to the ratings, but ultimately this place is style over substance. After trying to decide on a shake like my life depended on it, I was told they didn't have it. No problem. I picked another one and asked him to take out a cookie from my wife's shake. He ended up serving another couple who came in at least five minutes after us and still got my wife's order wrong. I didn't like the paper straws (I hate paper straws, there are better ecological solutions), and the worst thing of all? The shakes lacked flavor and consistency. Update 4/17/23: I didn't end up back here of my own free will lol but I have to give credit where it's due. Once again, they didn't have the flavor I wanted when ordering a classic shake (berry bliss), but there were a lot of people there. There were two employees there this time, but neither greeted us when we came in. We figured out that we could order ourselves at the register and take a number. The guy (wish I knew his name) recommended key lime classic shake, and it was fantastic. There was clearly more effort put into it. Ironically, I also think that classic shakes are the way to go at this place, and not the crazy ones with a giant lollipop, cookies, etc, that are usually the main attraction. Those extras are pretty generic and sometimes stale. Upgraded to three stars for hard working employees this time. Can't do four stars due to the concept of this place with its crazy shakes missing the mark. Thank you.

Delicious shakes. Out of this world!

Ok it’s not cheap at all, but you do get a lot of quantity for the $15 a shake. My daughter did not like the unicorn shake at all, they returned it for the Nutella shake which is really good. Next time we will try the Pavlova but the Nutella was the best one so far. Will we come again maybe ?
