The dining room looks great, and the staff were wonderful, but that Smokey Bear Burger must have been boiled with potatoes to ensure that all traces of salt, seasoning, and flavor were completely evacuated from the patty. It did taste like a burger cooked over propane. The mushrooms on the burger tasted like someone opened a can of white mushrooms from a grocery store and poured them straight on my burger, and sent it to me. Even the roast beef and Au jus dipping sauce tasted like something whipped up using the local hospital seasoning rack. The Au jus tasted more like some version of the soup served at a Japanese restaurant except that the Japanese soup is something I'd finish. The onion rings were good, but I imagine they were not hand breaded, but box opened. I don't forsee any of their other burgers tasting any better due to the fact the patty was bland unless you have a thing for propane flavored meats. I didn't finish the burger, I didn't drink the remaining Au jus as I've always done at other restaurants, and I'm now looking for some food in my kitchen since I left hungry. I didn't try any dessert due to the fact that I was afraid they would also have little to no flavor. We also tried the chicken nachos. They were ok, but the chicken on them was also bland. I didn't tell the staff what I thought about the food. If someone had asked me about it, I may have, but I wasn't looking for a free meal. I was looking for one that was tastey and filling, and no luck with either. My friend enjoyed their meal, but their taste buds quit working two years ago after Covid, so they are not a good judge of flavor anymore. I also noticed that not one time has management responded to anyones reviews of this place, both good and bad. That tells me management doesn't care how the place is viewed. I will not be going back. If you are in town, go eat somewhere else unless your tastebuds are also not in tact.

After being Recommend that they had best burgers in town we decided to give this place a try. The burger tasted like a bubba burger from Sam's the Gluten-free bun was very good .... our waitress was just okay. She served my GF Beer in a can it would of been nice to have a glass mug. Oh well this was a ONE & DONE..... too many other GREAT CHIOCES in PigeonForge & Gatlinburg. Sorry Holstons 1st & last visit for us.

Always enjoy dining here when I am in town. Server was friendly and prompt. Food is always delicious.

Our first time eating here. Wait time was short and our Waitress was Great.We had the 10 oz sirloin and the ribeye and they was cooked perfectly. GLORIA is THE best bartender we have had! My husband and I eat at numerous restaurants and bars everywhere we go, but as locals we always come back to see Gloria! Her kind personality and professional demeanor are superb! We have become not just customers but friends! She will treat you like she’s known you for years and she makes sure to provide excellent service while getting to know you as a customer! She’s absolutely the BEST! If she leaves? We are following her!
