I've been coming here for yearsss since I'm from Chelsea & love the food/ drinks! The owner is nice and expanded the menu as well. I came in with my mom & grandma last weekend, we were impressed with everything that we ate. The pupu platter/ appetizers (spicy edamame/ spring rolls) were AMAZING down to the entrees we had (shrimp fried rice, beef w/ veggies & chicken pad Thai). I also ordered a Coconut margarita which was tasty & strong! My mom & grandma had Mai Tai's, they ended up ordering seconds lol I will definitely keep coming back when I have some off time from work. 10/10 highly recommend
The Chinese woman who attends that place on Sundays around 2pm is a very disrespectful and arrogant woman, she should not work in customer service.
I have lived in the neighborhood for 4 years. Last night was the first time I ate at Ho Win Palace. We ordered the eggplant with garlic and the black peppered scallops along with vegetable fried rice, crab rangoons, and beef teriyaki. Every dish was well-cooked and very tasty! The cocktails were strong and also delicious. When we got there, the restaurant was busy, but it didn't take long for us to sit and get served. In all, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the service. We will be making Ho Win Palace our neighborhood joint from now on! Highly recommend!
The food is amazing but the servers are very rude. Second time coming they was rude to my girlfriend kept asking for the menu when we wasn’t done looking was rushing us to pick food and eat. And to pack are food to go. Snatched the menu from my girlfriend when we was done. Unprofessional. I hate now the food is amazing and employees are horrible.
Food was great. Hot and Sour soup was the best I have Ever had!!!
