Andy's Hong Kong Restaurant

After reading the reviews, I decided to give this place a chance to see for myself how bad this place could be. I made an online order for pick up and went to the restaurant to pick up my food. I noticed the sign that said “$20 minimum purchase for card payment.” Nowhere online does it state that rule. The woman at the counter began to speak to another woman in a different language. They both seemed annoyed at the fact that I was trying to pay with a card. She then offered me a drink to make up the missing amount as my food was only $17. I politely refused and she said she would run my card this time. That should’ve been my red flag there. The atmosphere of the restaurant was quiet, the restaurant was mostly empty. When I got home, the food was not tasty and I would not go back to this place again. Unfortunately I was hoping this would be new go to spot.

SF Bay Area classic. Enjoy excellent Chinese food while nestled in the fog. Don’t expect anything fancy though. The service is standard for this type of restaurant but the food is legit and comes out fast and most importantly, hot. They have lazy susan’s for family style dining too. Packed on Friday and Saturday nights so get there early if you’re bringing the whole fam. Been going to this spot for years and plan to do so for many more to come.

Definitely one of the best restaurants in the area. The food is consistently fresh and on point, also the service is top tier. Their menu offers a option for anyone. Terrible service. Don’t recommend this place. Very rude and mean staff. They thrown the menu on the table, they didn’t even greet us and weren’t friendly. Food was ordinary. After that bad service I didn’t want to give them tips, but they made me to and didn’t want to let me go without tips.

Worst Restaurant

It is recommended not to come. There were two of us eating. We waited for 30 minutes for the food to be served and 30 minutes for the check. We wasted a total of 2 hours here. The main reason is that the taste of the food is not worthy of my expectations.
