HK Dim Sum

This place is our favorite place. We traveled from Federal Way, Carnation, North Bend and Everett just to come here to enjoy our Dim Sum.

Phenomenal. This is what makes Seattle wonderful. Even without asking the server brought out dishes in the proper order, tea was offered immediately upon arrival. Promptly seated, all of the vegetables in each of the dishes was cooked to perfection and the tofu and egg were flawless and custardy. The shrimp and spinach dumplings were marinated in broth and very flavorful. It takes a lot to get five stars out of me, but this place delivered. My family and I usually shop at the market next door and this was the first time we tried dining here. We are here with a small group, 3 adults and a a toddler. The food was decent but the selection was a bit limited as far as Dim sum. Looks like they had a lot of other not dimsum dishes to offer as well. Sadly we won’t be returning due to the service. Everything was fine up until we paid and got ready to leave. There was a service charge even though we were a fairly small group but whatever. Our bill was 106 dollars with tax and roughly 15 % “service fee”. The lady processing our payment glared at me because I hit the skip tip button on her device. But I brushed that off as possible “resting B face”. I left another 5 bucks on the table in cash. I was still at the table as she started to clean up and she rudely loudly said” only 5 percent!?!?.” I decided to hold my tongue and leave with my family. I won’t be coming back here

Authentic as it gets. Not only is the place run by experts, the dinners are clearly very discerning. The food will knock your socks off.

Excellent Dim Sum restaurant. The service is as good as the food. Prices are very reasonable. We had a party of 6 and with tip the total was $160. HK Dim Sum is a must try restaurant!
