HiroNori Craft Ramen (Sand Canyon)

This is my favorite spot to eat in Irvine. I love everything about this place from the amazing vegan ramen with unbelievable broth and broccolini cooked to perfection, to the above and beyond service to a public outdoor eating space (which is always lovely). They are always incredibly fast, even when they are busy, and the food is consistently amazing. I dream about the black garlic oil I use in the broth, it really elevates the ramen and I wish they bottled it. I also wish they bottled their house spicy sauce, it’s so flavorful. The edamame is always plump and delicious. The rice bowls are equally filling and scrumptious. The store seems to be getting more and more decorated which is nice to see. The manager is always friendly and the employees seem happy to be there (I love that they have a service charge and don’t pressure anyone to tip, makes me actually want to tip). Highly recommend checking out this HiroNori specifically.
