Great food, fantastic service and lovely staffs! I accidentally left my Hermes Constance bag at the restaurant last Saturday night, I remembered it a week later and called the restaurant today, they kept it safe for me. Thank you very much!

Great food, though I would have preferred less sauce on the chicken. My favorites of the evening were the garlic edamame and the katsudon. The only downside of our experience was the computerized menu. It was hard to navigate, though the staff was very patient in helping us.

The place needs cleaning. The atmosphere is kind of dingy. Food didn't seem fresh. The servers were nice and attentive.

Always a great experience at Hinotez. We come here all the time for birthdays and family celebrations, and of course on a random weekday for dinner. Very kid friendly, and the food is consistently great. Our favorite ramen spot in town for sure! Update to add photos. Niku Udon is pictured here, my favorite comfort food here at Hinotez. Clean and delicious broth with pillowy perfect Udon noodles. The thinly sliced, marinated beef and onions (also used in the gyudon bowl) is so oishi, so satisfying of a bite! Also pictured is the South Side cocktail with a crystal clear ice cube. Masterfully crafted cocktails as always from the Hinotez bar!

I love the efficiency that comes with the tablet, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality
