Wow.. this is a very unique ramen spot that specializes in Dashi/clear soup. It's very hearty and delicious without the feeling of heaviness after. We tried the Hinodeya Special Ramen (comes with bed of littleneck clams) and it was so fresh tasting. Service was very accommodating and attentive. We came out very impressed.

My go-to ramen choice in Dallas. Food is always top quality and service is always quick and helpful. I love the spicy miso ramen and the sukiyaki beef ramen.
