Dang. Should have given them 3.5 starts as it is the sweet spot for ALL good and more authentic Chinese eateries. Majority of the clientele are elderly Chinese. That is all you need to know. The staff is efficient and friendly. Please note that they are BUSY people so don't dwadle. Raise your hand and ask for service when you are ready to order, add more food, get the bill...standard practice.

During my recent visit to a restaurant, I was disappointed by the service I received. Despite my attempts to engage with the waiter and request some recommendations for dishes to try, I was met with a dismissive attitude and no helpful suggestions. To make matters worse, I was not provided with any water throughout my meal. When it came time to leave, I left a 10% tip as I did not feel that the service warranted a higher amount. However, as I was leaving the restaurant, the cashier called me back and informed me that a 15% tip was compulsory. I was taken aback by this and felt that I was being forced to pay more than I believed the service was worth. This experience left me feeling frustrated and angry!

Hing Lung is a very famous restaurant when they're in San Francisco Chinatown. The Hing Lung in San Bruno is not exactly what they used to be. They have more dishes, and most of them are pretty good. They are very close to the airport. So I like to come here for dinner or lunch when I am in the area. This is my "go-to" spot for chinese food. This place is always busy whether it is to dine in or take out. You can't really go wrong with any of the dishes, just know what you order.
