Decorated an event here for a retirement party. It was a nice size room for all the guests. The hotel even catered the event. The hostess that was working with us was very helpful as well.
Friendly staff. Basic room that's clean. Breakfast and service was very poor. Very pricey for a HGI for the quality level received. Was charged $3.95 for a standard 5 oz yogurt. Wanted toast but was worried how much it would cost. Will stay at the other side next time.
Nice clean rooms, gated parking, conveniently located, and great front desk staff.
There was several issues with our stay. I usually do not do reviews that are negative but this one I just had to post a review because it was awful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone
The staff and service have improved tremendously over the past year.Check-in is still a tad slow during a busy week but the attendants are very pleasant. The made to order breakfast has been the biggest upgrade. The chef from my last few visits was amazing. The price is still a little high in comparison to other Garden Inn properties.I receive a voucher for breakfast but most items are at least $15.Highly recommend the omelets as well. I'm not sure if the chef's name is TJ but whoever he is KEEP HIM!I'm usually prone to stay off of 280 but the location has become a fave for business trips .
Convenient location, beautiful lobby, restaurant staff very friendly.
