Hill-Bert's Burgers Too

Fries are fresh but bland. Nonetheless, I'd fight a MF for disrespecting Hill-Berts. I have lived in Austin my whole life so far and this place has always been GOATed. Chili bacon cheeseburger is what it is!

I recommend this place for good food love it

Customer service is bad I dealt with a light skin older lady with glasses, she’s one of the ones that is taking orders with the headset, I came in today & order a a bacon burger, I clearly told her no onions or mustard, or tomatoes I didn’t notice what she put down for me until minutes later after receiving my order I was going to eat it & notice it looked weird, come to find out it was a “garden salad” LOL so I went up & told her I asked for a “bacon burger” & she wanted to argue with me because she didn’t get right what I asked for, wow just wow she started wanting to take my order right with an attitude I told her “You know what” “I don’t want anything” I threw away the burger, literally money thrown to the trash because she decided to want to take my order with an attitude, I will never be back besides her having bad customer service food wasn’t as great as other days.

While the service was pleasant, the burger patty from this place tasted like the ones I remember eating in school cafeterias growing up. I was hoping for a homemade tasting burger but instead got something that tasted like it had been in a cardboard box in a freezer for a long time. The onion rings were ok.
