Love this place

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. My fiancé and I had a pickup order this past Saturday and got food poisoning from the sushi. Worse part is the boss did not want to give any type of refund or compensation because no other customer called in an illness that day from eating there, basically saying our health didn’t matter. Why would any restaurant owners want multiple customers to become ill after dining at there establishment for them to even consider a refund? Not only is it inconsiderate and irresponsible but it’s highly disrespectful to paying customers that support your restaurant. Especially when our bill was over $100.

I had previously left a great review for this place until my most recent visit. We ordered 3 sushi rolls, 2 beers and Jalapeño poppers and they didn't have Jalapeños and one of if not all the sushi rolls had paper in the Tuna. When we brought this to the attention of our server she took it behind the sushi bar to show the person making the rolls and then came back and gave us 50% off of the buy one get one price. This was completely unacceptable because we most like ate paper in all of our rolls. This was terrible service from someone that frequently ate at this restaurant. We will not be going back. To anyone eating there check your food for paper. The manager hasn't called us back and they didn't throw out the contaminated food either.

Called to place a Togo order at 10, put me on hold for 10min, then hung up, called back went straight to voicemail twice, walked in, they told me last call ended 2 mins ago, I told them what happened, they didn’t care, I come here once a week, going to change my sushi spot because they don’t love me the way I loved them
