worst customer service in the entire universe. The owner is very unprofessional and rude. She has an ugly personality and if she’s going to be working in customer service, she might want to change that. after only simply asking when an order will be ready she said I don’t know. mind you, if you’re the OWNER You would treat your customers with a little more respect. if you don’t know, then figure it out. stay blessed
this place is so stinky! it reeks they should have a new inspection! probably has some rats too the owner has the nastiest attitude. she needs to find a new job where she isn’t so miserable. they are the slowest restaurant in fairburn. you’ll be waiting for ages. good luck to whoever eats here. the food was sub par. milk and honey is #1
Opening week the food was great! Since then the quality has dropped tremendously after multiple repeated attempts through apps or person. Edit as of 2/28/24- Yes I visited during open week IN person and like i stated the food was great THEN. Since those 3 years has passed, the food is never the same or not prepared well at all. Whether it was ordering through an app or in person. The quality continued to decline. I’ve ordered sandwich from you all the first week and it has been different every single time I’ve ordered. Food lacks consistency. As a business owner please learn how to handle constructive criticism as it directly relates to the food you’re serving.
Very great customer service I’m new to the vegan diet and the owner made it very easy and welcoming definitely my new favorite spot when I’m home 10/10 definitely recommend
