I had the beef plate, Mac n cheese, and corn nuggets. Everything tasted great, but, they use beef shoulder instead of brisket. Tougher texture for sure, miss that special goodness you can only get from brisket.

This place is great. Lots of different menu items at fair prices. Pulled pork sandwich as well as smoked chicken plate ( which is really hard to find ) was amazing. Had the Mac n cheese and baked beans for sides and they were delicious as well.

It's been 30 years since I ate at Hwy 58 BBQ! Moved back to chattanooga several months ago. Hwy 58 BBQ is just as good today.. .. as it was back then!!
