While the food is great and the cozy café vibes are phenomenal, I find the service at Kittie's Cakes to be lacking. Rude baristas talking and talking, correcting and being passive aggressive, mentioning illness they might have and mocking customers that have left the store is unbelievably unprofessional. I come for coffee, not to be judged. In the past I had come in, overheard workers talk about a fruitfly problem behind the counter, and prior to winter I would see flys INSIDE of the display case, which, mind you, they serve to customers if they run out of stock on their cart behind the register. Coffee sits out for 4 hours, killing brews, and after talking to a few of the staff, all these things come from poor managerial skills, and the owners lack of awareness to their employees. How can you even expect good service when the owners can't even keep their employees happy? Starbucks is opening nearby, the french bakery is down the street, and Bubbles Tea is right down the lane. Until they fix their staff issue, I'd strongly recommend you get your morning drinks elsewhere. Dietary restrictions: Not many gluten free or vegan options. Parking: Not a lot of spots
This place was lovely. It IS a little tighter inside than i think is ideal, but they have a great menu, the beverages were very good, and the atmosphere was charming.
A little crowded but very cute. There's local artwork on the walls and a little shop in the back. I got an almond milk latte and it was nice! Good standard fair.
Friendly staff, quaint place that is always clean, super delicious beverages. 100% recommend!
The coffee is not bad but it would not be my go to either. Sandwich was solid.
Amazing little coffee shop. Great drinks and a beautiful interior that leads into a cute shop.
Amazing coffee and the cinnamon rolls are in my top 5 of all time. Love the inside and the tables outside. Lots of laptop squatters inside.
