There is good ramen and a pleasant atmosphere. I would recommend trying this place. I will visit again!
This ramen place is a true gem, and their deluxe option with pork broth is an absolute delight. From the moment you take your first sip of the rich, flavorful broth, you know you're in for a treat. The pork is tender and succulent, and the noodles have the perfect texture. It's a symphony of flavors that leaves you craving more with every slurp. Belissimo doesn't even begin to describe it! If you're a ramen lover, this place is a must-visit.
Surprisingly good. Very unique flavor profile on spicy garlic ramen. Will come back for more
Closest ramen to Japan you'll ever get
Hide chan is a casual neighborhood spot that doesn’t ever seem to have a wait. The service is chill, the food is solid, and the music is low enough to have a proper conversation. I got the classic ramen and thought the broth was delicious and appropriately seasoned. Other people in the party ordered the miso and red dragon ramen — all broths were solid but some were saltier than others.
The food here was pretty mind-blowing. The meats are not only tender, but lightly sweet (not in an overpowering way) which is just how I like it. The ingredients together complimented each other well, and you can actually taste the difference between the noodle firmness (we tried medium and firm. The broth is admittedly very rich and not everyone will be able to finish it, but it's good nonetheless.
