I visited for a second time, this time solo. The food was great, but the service was extremely subpar. I had a reservation & was seated promptly. Upon my arrival they were slow. There was confusion among the staff as to who would be serving me, leading to a slow start to my service. After that, I had no one check on me until I was almost done with my meal. That lead to me being able to place an order for my second drink at the end of my service, which I intended on enjoying with the end of my meal. I did speak with the manager Scott while there about my experience to voice my feedback and he was very receptive. For the inconvenience my bill was taken care of. I will visit a third time and hope that it’s a charm.

we sat at table patiently & waited to be served on st. patty’s day. we were asked to get up because tables were reserved, we obliged. we then stood around for over ten minutes. when the bartender tried to take our order, one of the hostesses, i guess, came up to our group with an attitude huffing & puffing stating that she needed to, “get through.” we looked at her & told her a simple “excuse me” would’ve gotten her the room she needed, she then threatened to have the bouncer kick us out. we left on our own. 20+ minutes in this establishment with no service & a horrible attitude from the host.

Incredibly rude staff.

17 dollar 6 ounce cup for champagne for a bottle that’s worth 13. Be careful what yall want and buy here. Side note. Miller is $7 for a 12 ounce. Jerry’s world is better to drink at than this place

Great roof top

We love hide for so many reasons. Most recently I wanted to hold a surprise party at hide and it was amazing!! Mike was fantastic to communicate with, so thorough and prompt with responses and providing options for the evening. For 25 people it was fast service, great pizzas and no one had an empty drink all night! They allowed us to decorate and provided a sparkler for the cake. Can’t thank Hide enough for creating a perfect and effortless night for us. 10/10 would recommend for an event, or just having great cocktails at the bar!

Great cocktails and good bar food. More laid back and less crowded than the other place with a rooftop down the street. Bartenders are friendly and helpful.
