Definitely my favorite cafe in Chinatown. The atmosphere here is cute and quiet which I like. The double milo hot drink is very good and the crispy buns were delicious.
вибачте,але як сюди потрапити?ми прийшли спеціально і кнопка В в ліфті блимала але не натискалася ,сходів ми не знайшли,тож пішли так і не зайшовши
I went when they opened so they weren’t as prepared as I thought they would be and they didn’t have some of the items on the menu but regardless I still enjoyed my experience here. There was a very calm environment and the service was really nice. I got the hot chocolate and the butter toast. Simple items so nothing insanely crazy about them but still good. I also tried the condensed milk and butter toast which was surprisingly good because the combination sounds odd at first. My friend got the vanilla latte and she liked it because it wasn’t overly sweet and had a nice hint of vanilla. The only thing that caught me of guard was the price of the butter toast (~4.75) because it’s such a simple item. I would like to go again and try one of their sweets. Also when I went, the elevator wasn’t working but you could knock on the door so they can let you in.
+ Relaxing and inviting ambiance with little to no decorations, which matches the ambiance + A variety of snacks and drinks to choose from + Service was quick and friendly ± $ range (Food/snacks ~$3+; Drinks ~$5+) - Place is a bit small/tight, and there are only a few tables set up. It may be difficult to find a spot when it gets busy
Good coffee and got a great slice of cheesecake. However the cafe is in a basement (so very little lighting) and has little decor or ambience. Also I read good reviews about their mochi bread but they didn't have them when we went on a Sunday.
We used to come here quite often, but now it is a different business. The new cafe pretty much looks almost exactly the same, and still offers great coffee and similar Hong Kong style baked goods. They also offer a limited number of hot dishes. The environment was as nice as it used to be. I came the following day and planned to work there for a couple of hours, but they were not open every day apparently. I will check their open hours next time.
