this place was filthy!!the window shades looked like someone shot a ketchup bottle at it!! tables floors restrooms DIRTY!! first time i was there. portions small and poor explanation of how its served. only good thing the chef. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

The Not So Favorable Review Is Not About The Food. It’s About The Atmosphere & Cleanliness Of The Restaurant. First Off I Came There When They Had Just Opened & The Bathrooms Were Filthy. How?! As Far As The Decor… Nonexistent. This Is A Japanese Restaurant Where’s The Culture? They Just Have These Sloppy Couch’s Sitting There That I Refused To Sit. Now As Far As The Food I Can Say That I Was Quite Pleased With The Taste Of The Food. The Chef Claimed To Be New. He Did A Great Job. Made My Steak To My Liking ( Medium). He Was Kind, Courteous, Respectful. The Server Lady Was Also Kind & Helpful. So They’re Not Really Lacking In Those Departments. They Need Redecorating & More Attention To Cleaning Detail. They’re At A Great Location, But The Look Is So Underwhelming. Parking: $30 To Park After Like 3-4pm.

The whole experience had it's good and bad points. Parking in the building is $30.00 - highway robbery! The elevator was a scary ride... The servers were wonderful. Our chef didn't do much to entertain but the food was good. We went early so it wasn't as crowded as it can get during later hours. The view was nice. It served its purpose I guess - birthday dinner. They need to do something about that parking cost though. Parking: $30.00 with a $10.00 credit in D&B. ☹

Hosts were great, & so was the bartender. I ordered to go & they didn’t do drinks to go so I got a sprite at the bar because I was told the wait was 30 minutes. 2 teriyaki chicken meals came to around $70 and one of the meals looked like it was eaten out of because the other meal looked had more of a portion than the other. The proportions were DEFINITELY not $35 worth of chicken and rice. Maybe $8,and that’s being nice. & lawwwwd DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE BATHROOMS. Charging as much as they do for food and can’t even keep the bathrooms clean is disgusting & absolutely unacceptable. ***Now none of this food was eaten or touched at the point of taking these photos & each meal was the same and supposed to be the same proportions!!*** & my children and I have eaten here before they’re 11 and 9 and they both gagged and said never again. Horrible horrible horrible. I hope they at least pay their employees well because they’re nice. I was going to go back in the morning with the food but I don’t feeel like arguing with anyone. Just taking a loss , the photos speak for themselves. Two of the same exact meals and they look SO very differerffof
