Hibachi Japan

I’ve given this place several chances when it comes to carry out and this was the last straw. Called on a Tuesday night at 7pm and said “they couldn’t do anymore carry out tonight” She just didn’t feel like taking an order. This is the 6th time I’ve been denied carry out service. Enjoy the one star because you deserve it!

Writing this on the toilet. Asked for medium rare stake not still mooing. I’ve never shat this violently. I’m not joking. The server was great the cook was funny and welcoming it was an ok experience over all but at what cost. My bowels will never forgive me. I may never be back. Men’s bathroom has 1 functional lock, the sinks are about 2 inches from the faucet. If they change the bathrooms I’ll be returning. Until then, farewell hibachi Japan. Thank you for the good 10+ years but it has just gone downhill in MY OPINION. Used to celebrate all my teenage birthdays here with my dad and family when they were still together and happy. Now their marriage is in shambles(divorced i come to hibachi to remind me of happier times) but somehow still doing better than my bowels.

Even though it was very busy weekend night, everything smoothly. The bar area was a nice place to wait for our table and the manager Lindsey made sure we enjoyed our evening throughly.

Extremely rude when I called over the phone he made fun of me for talking slow which I was doing because my last order was messed up and theres clearly a language barrier Dietary restrictions: none

Absolutely loved our dinner here. The service and atmosphere was top notch, especially from Lindsey the manager. She made sure that our experience was everything we hoped for. Cannot recommend this place enough!

I typically go during the week, but recently went on a Saturday evening. It took a while to order, but that's because the bar tender was out waitress as well. The food was good and came quickly.

Absolutely silly walked in at 4:10 and waited over an hour to be seated. However there were multiple empty tables not being used. Normally it’s jammed pack and we don’t have to wait this long just to be seated. Then once seated was told out of stock on multiple drinks, appetizers and other items. It seems completely unprepared and not ready for service. Probably last time we try to dine here. Place has completely gone down hill.
