HI and DRY Bowling & Beer

After previously being here and having a longer wait for service and food, yesterday we had a quite pleasant experience! The drinks were good & fairly priced, and our service was quick, friendly, and attentive at the bar.

A little dated and dive-ish but I liked it. A slow night but bartender was great. Could use some more video games and pinball machines.

Absolutely love this place! It's such a great Tremont staple. Atmosphere is fun and relaxed, the duckpin bowling is so much fun, the drink selection is great, and the food is always delicious.

A little something different than the normal night out. Good spot to go to hang out with your buddies or to take a date...good food, laid back vibe, a little congested if you have claustrophobia issues. I would recommend that you don't start a tab. We started a tab when we walked in for our two drinks, and burger, then we went bowling and forgot about the tab and just left. When we realized that we had left our debit card there , we went back and the bartender already took care of it and gave herself a fat 50% tip and signed it LOL. Despite that, we will definitely go again

A lot of vegan/vegetarian options on their food menu. Staff/bartenders are always fun. The restrooms in the basement smell like mildew.

A group of friends and I planned a beautiful surprise engagement for our good friends. We spent the night bar hopping downtown Tremont and made our last stop Hi and Dry. They originally met on a Sunday brunch last year when Hi and Dry was Press. We paid upwards of 50 dollars on the Touchtunes Jukebox with a que of all of their favorite songs. We enjoyed several drinks and waited for the couples favorite song (Celine Dion- My Heart Will Go On) to play, as it was playing when they first met. When the song began to play, it was rudely skipped by the bartenders or whoever had the power to skip to the next song. The night was ruined, and the engagement foiled. As paying patrons of this establishment, in no way should our paid song selections be skipped.

Amazing staff. Kira especially! Lots of fun bar games, bowling too!! And a large outdoor area. Also there's no smoking on the patio.

A great place for an evening with friends. The food is pretty good American pub fare, and there's a reliable alcohol selection. They also have a outdoor patio for warmer days, and bowling with several events. On a personal note, I loved the pinball machines, and the retro videogame decor in the bathrooms.
