i am pleased to leave a special review for Eddie Connie & hady i think their names are! i was headed to a funeral, very emotional and without them knowing this they all handled me with care and respect. bagel was a 10/10 and i will be retuning if i'm ever near. thank you guys <3

STEER CLEAR! The worst breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. The avocado was gray, the sandwich was cold even though I asked for it toasted, they forgot my bacon and they left the paper on the slice of cheese in my sandwich(the ones they put in between each slice so they don’t stick to each other). You’re better off eating anywhere else while waiting for your train. Would give it zero stars if I could.

Got a bacon egg & cheese bagel sandwich here and it was a mess. Everything fell apart, the bagel wasn't toasted well and the taste was bland. They also only had nitro cold brew and not iced coffee which was a bummer.

Toasted bagel was solid as a rock, not crispy or chewy just a dense piece of stale log. This was at 9am.

Workers need to open their damn ears. Asked for bacon on my sandwich and received it with no bacon. $19 for an INCORRECT sandwich and 2 waters is not a fun way to start the day.

I ordered a Nova Scotia Salmon with everything in it in an Asiago bagel. This was my second ever bagel in New York and it was actually good. I paid 17.52 with taxes, which is pricey but the location also makes sense. I got my bagel toasted, and even though the bread is not as soft as I had hoped, it was a good experience, plus the portion is large.

Jackie, Jallene and Jessie are the Dream Team!!! Unbelievable customer service!! Jackie always greeting everybody with a smile and brightening your day. Jallene taking all the orders and setting everything up like a boss and Jesse, making fresh egg sandwiches to perfection!!! Nowhere else can I get a freshly cooked egg sandwich for a great price and in less than 5 min!! You guys are the best, thank you.
