My family and I just recently visited the facility for family night. Be aware they play inappropriate music videos on the big screens. This made my family uncomfortable as well as my youngest child who mentioned how inappropriate it was as well. Though I address the issue with the on-site manager the problem is they cannot change the videos upstairs in the bar area and downstairs in the regular area as they are connected. I was told they are trying to play less inappropriate music videos, however, they are unable to catch most of them. Unless you want to constantly go up to the manager and ask them to skip an inappropriate video so your children do not see inappropriate music videos on TV I would suggest spending your money elsewhere. The facility shouldn't be considered a family atmosphere if its not tailored to be one. Very unprofessional!!
I return to Norman to visit family again and on my way. I’ll stop back here to have another good time. Was hoping to see Brandon but she was off. I got to meet Alex and Amber. They were a joy to work with. I will be coming back to this place every month. Create atmosphere great food. I love the bowling. Thanks again for being so friendly.
Been here 3 times. Staff are always unpleasant and seem like they’d rather be somewhere else. Food is subpar and the tvs in the restaurant area almost always have extremely inappropriate content playing. Some of it was boarder line pornographic material dubbed as a music video. Check out “Closer - Chainsmokers” music video. That’s what was playing while I was having dinner with my 6 year old daughter. Definitely won’t be back.
Took the grandkids to heydays had a good time with the games and all of that stuff wore me out, but I would not recommend the food. Whatever you do eat somewhere else before you get there do something but Joey there it’s all boxed burgers and chicken patties I spent $100 and all it did was give me gas.
Grandkids had a great time.
I really dislike writing bad reviews but after last night I cannot say I will be back. Once a week a large group of friends (all over 50) meet for dinner at local restaurants for happy hour/dinner. We have been here at least once a month because of the service and atmosphere. Last night we were told there weren’t any waiters upstairs and if we wanted food we had to order off the QR code and for drinks go to the bar. Some of our group have a hard enough time texting on the phone much less trying to order and pay for food, so much for ordering dessert, or tipping the waitstaff. We did. The food was brought delivered, no one asked if we needed anything (condiments, silverware, etc). My nachos were cold and the cheese and not good. A few of the pizzas were lacking toppings and cheese also. I had ordered ice tea, I went to the bar twice to get a refill and the staff behind the bar walked away from me. I refilled my own tea with the pitcher sitting on the bar. I am sad about this-for a place that has a great vibe upstairs it has really gone downhill. The happy hour menu has gone away as well as many of the great options they once had. We go to dinner to visit to fellowship with friends not run back and forth to the bar. Last night everyone left unhappy. ☹️
Haven't been here, seems nice though
