Wow, amazing food, very cool ambiance and perfect service. I've decided to try this place on a very cold Sunday Night. The open kitchen is amazing, they have an open area with just wood grilles, that's unique! You can see how they grill pretty much everything. The food was top notch. I'm from Argentina and I'm a meat and wine lover, this place did not disappoint ! Meat and wine were perfect! The service was good too! I highly recommend this place.

This has been on our list for awhile and it checked out. Every dish was superb. The attention to detail in service and our dishes was stand out. Amazing cocktails. On the spendy side but worth every penny.

Went for the tasting menu. Some dishes were outstanding, some needed work. The scallop dish was particularly memorable. Some dishes lacked seasoning, a few just didn't work for me. Overall, it was a good meal, but at $200 a person, it should be near perfect.

Food was good

The hype is real. The food was worth every penny and the vibes were A++. Fantastic cocktail suggestions by the bar servers and every dish was explained in detail. Adored the cute messages from the staff for our Anniversary and the complimentary Champagne was delicious The sourdough ice cream and the scallops are a must! Will be back!

I think this is the best restaurant I have been to in Austin and is at the top of the list of best places I have been to overall. Excellent and unique food is expertly crafted here. crudo | kampachi, jasmine tea, cucumber, fermented gooseberry -- If you like this type of dish, you will love this. halibut | purple hull peas, smoked brown butter, trout roe -- Exceptionally excellent 9.7/10 buñuelo | roasted white chocolate mousse, smoked apple butter, almond, burnt thyme ice cream -- mind blowing, unique, excellent 10/10 sourdough ice cream | buckwheat shoyu caramel, sweet tomato & orange jam, fermented tomato powder -- excellent 8.8/10

We tried the tasting menu at Hestia Saturday evening with some friends. We had some dietary restrictions so we asked for a pescatarian menu which they said they would accommodate without any issues. I’m also pregnant so I couldn’t have raw seafood. Most of the courses were delectable and prepared really well. However, I was served a course with pork fat that I could not eat and it was a little difficult to get the server’s attention. After I did finally get his attention, I was told there was no other replacement for it and I could choose not to eat it. For another course, they served a raw oyster which I also could not eat. They apologized for it and told me they would bring a replacement course which they never did. Overall, considering this meal was $250+ per person, I’m left disappointed with the lack of attention and oversights at this price point.
