Herst Coffee Roasters

I had a disappointing experience at Herst Coffee yesterday. An employee carelessly disposed of my valuable personal belongings. When I addressed the issue, their response was dismissive and rude, suggesting I simply replace the item. After escalating the matter to the manager, I was disheartened to find that no action was taken nor was there any attempt to speak with the employee involved. This lack of accountability and customer service was truly disheartening.

Very nice and good coffee

Nice calming little coffee shop. They have good coffee and delicious croissants. The only complaint is probably the size lol I wish they had 16 oz instead of just 10 oz.

Such a lovely coffee shop to enjoy a cup of coffee. The atmosphere inside is so cute. It's a nice getaway from the hot summer heat.
