GREAT!!!!

Heritage has some of the best Italian food, let alone pizza around. It's my third time coming here, and I have yet to leave disappointed. The meatballs, italian chopped salad, the Soppressata, and the Brooklyn pizza leave me drooling. Don't sleep on the meatballs, they're a hit. The Soppressata pizza is topped with hot honey and packs a punch. The classic Brooklyn with cupping pepperoni is pure nostalgia. And if you like bananas, I can't recommend the Banana Boudrino enough. All around the food is fresh, delicious, and balanced. The atmosphere is moody and enjoyable. And the service was the best I've had in years. Our waiter, Paul, made the evening for me. His recommendations were insightful, and his responses were classy and quick-witted. Paul turned our meal into a memorable experience. I would recommend Heritage and Paul to any food snob looking for a good time. Parking: Paid parking lot, more spots earlier than later, but circulation happens frequently.

Found them via Michelin recommendations. Great atmosphere and really the best Italian food we have eaten on our trip in Florida so far. The service was a hit and miss- one guy who served us initially was too lazy to work and chatting with the owner chef. The other guy then served us and was great. I highly recommend this place for food

Heritage is the kind of great vibe spot, you wish you had in your neighborhood, atmosphere, decor, is sublime. Service was outstanding and the back parking lot is very safe and convenient. We ordered a lot of food to sample as much as stomachs will allow. Starting with their red butter micro greens salad, outstandingly fresh and yummy. Followed by a wagyu beef, fontina, provolone, rice & pea’s, stuffed pepper, this was a show stopper. The pizza orders consisted of a special requested Vegan pizza, a Broccoli Rabbe and Sausage pizza and lastly the Squash blossom and cold burrata combo. All were excellent, the Rabbe and sausage was definitely on the salty side however. The final plates were two pasta entree’s: The bolognese (which has been touted as one of the best in the state) and the Vongole (pasta and clams). For me, both pastas were over cooked and were disappointing, while the bolognese tasted very good, I’m not a fan of pasta which comes out as soft noodles. The clam pasta was lacking any bright briny notes and therefore disappointed on two fronts, unfortunate way to end an otherwise great food night. Understand that the top of the Florida Italian pasta scene for me is Cafe Martorano’s and that’s a high bar, perfect pasta every time I’ve dined there. Vegetarian options: Chef can accommodate Vegan requests Parking: Convenient and safe parking lot in rear of restaurant Wheelchair accessibility: Restaurant entrance on ground level and while accessible for a wheelchair, inside space is at a premium, so that may be challenging

I was in Miami on a getaway trip and I decided to drive up to have dinner here after hearing about it on the MJ (Mussolini Junior) Morning Show in Tampa. I ordered the New York pie and the kale salad. The ingredients were all very fresh and bursting with flavor! I will definitely come back the next time I'm in town, which will be soon because bikini season is coming up. I brought home some kale in a doggy bag for my two gerbils Pretzel and Skippy. They both give it a thumbs up! The staff was able accommodate my needs because i'm a Little Person. I'm a concealed carry owner, so I didn't get to venture near the bar area. Hopefully I get to see the handsome owner next time!

Horrible service outweighs the great food

One of the best Italian restaurants in Fort lauderdale! Would recommend heritage to anyone. A+

Excellent experience. Pizzas are fantastic, service was solid and friendly. They were accommodating from the moment I called Sunday morning about a 6-top reservation for lunch. I am a pizza world traveler (I'll fly to Napoli and then drive an hour to Caiazzo for Pepe in Grani) and this makes the list. The owner's responses to negative reviews are classic. Laugh out loud funny. This apparently is well known, so I'm a bit late to the party. Can't wait to visit family again on this side of the state, because I'll be back.

My sons brought here for here for my birthday dinner, and what a great surprise. We have visited a few more times because it is a magnificent dining experience . Chef Cerbone and his staff truly keep this establishment running flawlessly. Our experience each and every time with our waiters has been informative and incredibly polite . The food ... The Food.. THE FOOD is Outstanding!! From the Squash blossoms anti pasti starters to the Red butter micro greens , bucatini white clam pasta to a soppressata pizza . WOW, oooh WOW !! Looking at my pictures is only a bit of What a fantastic experience . Great atmosphere.The desert I had was the strawberryolive oil cake pictured here . Just go with it ..don't question just order it and be wow 'd ..oh, did I mention their own delicious variety of cocktails ? Tell your friends !! Yeah it's special cocktail and it's called " Tell your friends" . We love Heritage and and it's worth our drive from Kendall to experience and delight in flavors.
