Heritage Fish & Chips

Horrible place, the employees are so rude. The worst fish and chips. Save your time, money, and bad experience. My husband's food was disgusting, my friend's water had a strong detergent smell, and the fries grease. However, they answered my review, saying that I didn't order anything! Even the answers to the reviews are rude and always with some justification of their poor customer service or bad quality. How are they planning to improve if there is no accountability?!
