Great rotation of pros. You'll find a great barista at every location
Great coffee with good options.
Best coffee in Alaska that I tried many different cafes, but wifi is bad.
I had the white lavender matcha and it was the best thing in the entire world, I want to come back to Alaska just to drink it again thank you for making my trip great:))
We were a party of 6. No tables for 6 available so we moved 2 tables together. Manager raced out from behind the counter telling us not to move her tables....so we left them where they were. The manager was very abrupt and rude. I even apologized for the table mix up and all I got was a grunt. Washrooms were untidy and one of the males in our group reported a toilet was running in the male Washroom. She went to look and then closed all the Washrooms while she made a call to a plumber ....very loud, very rude, very much demanding. Hopefully she was just having a bad day but as visitors to the town she certainly didn't make us feel welcome.
Love this cozy coffee shop. I want to give thanks to Jolan. (Forgive me if I butchered your name) also a shout out to the other lady who knew I like my cinnamon in before pour coffee and both knew the amount of half and half I wanted or liquid Whipping cream..ill miss the place..good place to get a cup of Joe and chill
Enjoy the peace now. Cruise ships coming soon. Overpriced like most coffee shops, of course, and the baked goods are dry, but this is Alaska, something about the flour I'm thinking. Great view of the dawn out of the large window.
