Herbsaint

Wonderful meal at Herbsaint in NOLA. I had the special cobia crudo and the pasta plus the sorbet for dessert!!!! Super yum and a fabulous experience!!!!

The food here was amazing! I would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to New Orleans!

Overall food was pretty good, the fried oysters were the best dish we tried. Service was a bit inattentive, we had to flag down a server to order a 2nd round of drinks

Perfect meal on the patio. My husband and I shared several small plates as well as dessert and everything was delicious. It was neat to see the trolley car drive by every so often and the Wednesday evening marketplace nearby offered live music we could hear. Great dinner and service!

Had two main courses: fish of day and jumbo shrimp. But equally disappointing and simplistic. I expected something better, based on comments. I would not recommend this restaurant. Also had soup of day, which was ok, spaghetti, oysters which were good, but not great of a reason to return. I would skip this and go somewhere else. Tips: don't just boil some shrimp and throws peas at it. It's just lazy cooking. Also fish of day was bland.

Love this place. We had reservations for outside and it had rained, they were awesome enough to out us inside this lovely restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful with the menu and our drinks were never empty. The food is delicious. It was the best meal we had in New Orleans that week. The only downside is that it is a. It loud inside and that is why I (unfairly?!?) docked a star from that category. Can’t wait to come back!

Classic New Orleans food in a setting with the streetcar line. Quintessential NOLA. We missed some of the fish due to shipments in the middle of the day and had a longer than average wait time, but the food and experience were well worth it.

The service was great. We sat outside which was not pleasant with the train that passed every 10 min, it's so loud you have to pause your conversation until it passes. The food was very unsatisfying especially for how much it cost, it's a very overrated restaurant, don't recommend

Other than the room can get fairly loud on a busy night, Herbsaint is a gem. We love restaurants that have a smaller menu with a few specials. That way everything can be perfected. The reserve wine list is awesome...
