Breakfast sandwich is very mid. But the ambiance and staff are amazing.

Been to Henry’s several times and am always blown away by their sandwiches, until today. Ordered the Korean Chicken Sandwich thru their websites online ordering page which is also missing half their subs (specifically the Italian one) but I’ve seen multiple pictures of the Korean sangy and went with that option as it was available. I notified the employee who gave me my sangy that the “online ordering” section of their website was missing several items, he just said “Ok Sorry” but to be honest there was likely a language barrier issue going on there. As I arrived to my lunch table about 15 minutes after picking up my to go order I opened this sandwhich expecting a well coated Korean chicken sandwich and instead was greeted with a piece of chicken that looked like it was a leftover piece of fried chicken from the day before that they wanted to use. This piece of fried chicken was soggy, had no crisp and was likely placed in a microwave for 22 seconds. Additionally, I compared this to the pieces observed on Yelp or Google Review and realized that whoever made this sangy didn’t even take the time to marinate the Korean sauce on the chicken. It was literally a plain piece of microwaved fried chicken with a DIY seasoning to spread onto it. Henry’s has never missed before and I’m ashamed of myself for not writing a positive review of all the great sandwich I’ve had before and even recommended for people but this had to be shared. We can’t let such a good sandwich shop such as Henry’s fall down the wrong path. What used to be a fresh, quality sandwich just didn’t meet this expectation. I’ll go again, but I certainly won’t order the Korean fried chicken. And also, what’s with not taking over the phone orders? Hope this gets reviewed and resolved by those above. Ok, we were in South Florida doing our annual summer vacation and decided to go to sistrunk Marketplace for lunch. We knew there would be lots of food choices.i decided to get the turkey sandwich from Henry's. Now I read a lot of reviews about Henry's, so I was excited to try it. I ended up getting the turkey sandwich because there were a few sandwiches to choose from. The sandwich looked great when it was brought to the table. However, it didn't have much taste. It needed some type of mayo and maybe a honey mustard or something. It just didn't do it for me. It was a bland sandwhich with really hard bread because it was put on the sandwhich press. I was truly disappointed.

Updated Review: My family and I went back several times since my initial review and I have to say they've made significant changes. I love their French Dip sandwich. Delicious! The fly problem is under definitely under control and the place is great. I highly recommend trying them out. My family and I visited for the first time today. The staff is friendly. My daughter and I had the Brooklyn Beef sandwich. It was good and fresh but we felt it was missing flavor. Hubby really enjoyed his Korean Chicken sandwich. They should really take care of the fly problem. You can't eat in peace with the flies constantly hovering over the food. Also, they handed us dusty drink cups and we had to ask them to change them for us. Not sure if it's worth coming back for another try.

We had the truffle Philly sandwich and was the best steak sandwich I have ever had. The bread, steak, and toppings were incredibly delicious!!

Korean Fried Chicken sandwich was a bit too wet with sauce, but the chicken was cooked beautifully. Not super flavourful and not spicy either.

Absolutely unforgivable to serve what they call a “Classic Philly Cheesesteak” without an incredible amount of asterisks. The advertised “shaved ribeye” was instead big chunks of fatty meat, more soggy half carmelized onions than you’d ever want in your life, and two sad slices of American cheese with zero seasoning. Totally gross and embarrassing. Threw 90% of it directly into the trash. Also, refused to sell an already prepared dessert at 7:57 because they were closing at 8. If their other food is any indication I probably dodged a bullet… but their customer service is just as gross as their food. Avoid at all costs.

The best Nashville Hot chicken sandwich
