We recently hosted a private reception here and were so happy we chose this venue! From the beginning the staff were easy to work with and guided us through all of the important decisions with the menu and beverage options, etc. The actual event was a huge success, our guests were happy, they loved the atmosphere of the Farside Pub, which was perfectly-sized for our group, and the food was excellent. The bar service was top notch and all of the staff was very friendly and helpful. We'd highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to provide a unique, well-managed, and high-quality experience!

Great food. We had a couple of appetizers and the prime rib French dip sandwich. All were excellent. The French Dip sandwich was so tender and the au jus very flavorful. Service was just right, too. Attentive but not intrusive or annoying. We stayed for a couple of hours discussing work and staff kept the service level the same. Much appreciated.

OMG...this place is incredible!! The atmosphere is perfect. The food was great!!! I enjoyed the live jazz music assemble. Nice and clean. We ate at the bar and enjoyed nonalcoholic beverages made by the bartenders.

What a fun place for breakfast! Country Fried Steak was tasty AND you can get tater tots as your side! The house made peanut butter and jam are not to be missed! I'm already planning on ordering another jar for my house!

Great atmosphere and service was solid! Prices were good but one thing this out of towner was surprised by was the automatic "service charge". It's not dependent upon the size of your party so be aware, 15% added before you tip.

If in Minneapolis most definitely try this place service was amazing food was absolutely amazing.

Got the juicy lucifer... their take on the juicy Lucy and while the hamburger meat was perfectly seasoned and the idea of a juicy Lucy is great (hot lava like cheese is inside the burger instead of on it) I'm not a fan of the execution. Even with a warning to be careful of the aforementioned lava like cheese and me being careful, the cheese squirted all over the table and I didn't get any cheese in the bite. Other than that, there are huge portions Fantastic service (which is saying a lot for downtown Minneapolis. I got the worst service I've experienced in a very long time) and really great resturant concept that's perfectly executed.
