All you can eat beef served by a robot and friendly staff! If your looking for a great date idea this is an awesome spot in the IE. The food was fairly priced and fresh. We had fun mixing in flavors to our souls and putting seafood and veggies into the boiling soup. I'll be back again soon! Vegetarian options: Vegetable based soup is available with many noodles and veggies to choose from! Kid-friendliness: My toddler loved the food and music here. She especially loved the robot!

They want me to pay gratuities before I eat. Which is not legal in San Bernardino County...as per picture. I ask to talk with the manager and they refuse to call him. I will report this business to the Better Business Bureau.

Had the chance to finally try this new Hotpot spot in town! It’s nice to see that they made great use of the space of the old Souplantation location. The restaurant ambiance was very clean (including the bathrooms), more modern furniture all throughout, and the addition of live plants made the space feel more homey and vibrant. Each person has control of their own hotpot (to cook, keep warm, or turn off) with the little remote on the side of the table. - payment was taken first at the cashier table on the left upon entering the building. The price was clearly listed with written notice of 10% gratuity already included with our bill. ($33.24 per person total with tax and gratuity for weekday lunch). Not sure if they offer more food options for dinner, but lunchtime would def be a more economical option if you want to try this place out. ⌚️ - there was literally no wait time. (Went right before noon on a weekday). We were promptly escorted to our seats, and the waitstaff kindly explained how the process goes with an orientation of where to find certain items. Started off with ordering a base broth and selected our choice of meats, which was delivered by their robot, Gina. - they had 3 flavors for the broth (chicken, beef, and vegetable). The broth was pretty bland which gives you a blank canvas for how you want your soup to taste as you have several options of soup seasonings to try (see last few photos). - they have many options for your choice of meat cuts to order. It will be delivered by the robot. Plenty of vegetables, Seafood, and other options of sides such as Kimchi, seaweed salad, etc at the bar. The side dishes were tasty and warm but pretty basic. - it’s cool how they have a shaved ice section and a soft serve section. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would def recommend friends and family to check this spot out! Vegetarian options: Several fresh vegetable options. Only one item was clearly labeled as organic Dietary restrictions: Waiters can assist you if you have any allergies and dietary restrictions. Parking: Lots of parking at this plaza

First time here, we were craving hotpot after a long day of snowboarding on our way back home. Stumbled across this place. It was $32.99 per person plus additional 10% service fee, which I guess is decent for an AYCE hotpot. You pay up front before being seated and you are assigned a table at that point based on your party size. The pots are individual and you get to customize your own broth with flavorings at the bar. They give you a base broth choice of vegetable, chicken or beef and then you mix in additional flavors as you like. You order 2 types of meat at a time, and they bring them out to you when ready. We ordered the chuck eye and the beef ribeye - pretty good stack per order received and it was a fairly consistent presentation each time. Soup add-ons were self serve as well as veggies and a shabu sauce bar. They did have a sauce guide with ratios in case you needed a reference. They also had soft drink vending, hot tea and coffee options for drinks. For dessert, there was a soft serve machine for chocolate or vanilla. I will say that we had to flag down servers or hosts a couple times when we wanted to order more meat or get more broth but turnaround time and service was quick. All in all, the meat was delicious and it was quite unique to be able to customize your hotpot to your liking.

You pay first at the entrance before you get seated. For 3 people we paid around $120 with drinks, dessert and tip included. Which gets added automatically to your total. The atmosphere was great. Everything is nice and clean, even the bathroom! The service was great as well. Although some of the servers looked so serious, they are very attentive checking up on your table to see if you need anything else but not to much to where they are over doing it. We were also served by the robot which was pretty cool. You get up to serve yourself from the bar like the veggies, seafood, seasoning, noodles, side dishes and desserts. The food is ok but honestly I've had better hot pot. They also have other side dishes in a mini buffet like cheese corn and cheese tteokbokki nothing different or amazing. For dessert they offer soft serve ice cream, which tasted a little sour and weird and they also have shaved ice with your choice of syrup to make you own snow cone. In my personal opinion not worth the almost $40 per person.
