Hello Chicken

Soy garlic chicken was delicious! Crispy and Juicy! Soy garlic sauce was very flavorful. Portions were huge.

So sad they're closing, the soy garlic chicken was amazingly crunchy. The cheesy tteokbokki had a great portion size as well.

Their fried chicken is amazing. I recommend the half and half, fried rice and fish cake for a family style meal.

Came here and I hated my experience. First, I walked in with 3 friends and we couldn’t sit anywhere else because the only waitress (a not-too-chubby woman) that was in the restaurant wanted us to sit where SHE wanted us to sit. Second of all, she took so long and never came to take our order so we had to call her. She didn’t even ask what we wanted to drink. I ordered bulgogi bibimbop (excluding 2-3 different portions of veggies), another bibimbop for my other friend and an order of KFC. The wait time for our food to come out took SO long, and I mean SO long. After our food came, I noticed in my bulgogi bibimbop, another different portion of veggies (I believe it were mushrooms) were missing. We also ordered soy garlic and spicy half and half chicken. ⚠️Spoiler alert⚠️: the soy garlic chicken didn’t even taste like garlic and the spicy chicken ISN’T even spicy! It tasted sweet!! We also asked for tteokkochi and the waitress said, ‘Oh I’m sorry I can’t.’ She didn’t explain WHY though. After we asked for the bill, she didn’t give us a bill or receipt and wanted us to pay immediately, which is weird and unusual. Food tasted better back in 2020 and now it’s really in its downfall era. Never setting a foot in this restaurant ever again. And PLEASE hire a cashier and more waiters, don’t be stingy.

"Goodbye Chicken"-I give it 2 starts because I really liked the fries. As regards to the ordering process and the getting my meal it was very interesting. First, I understand that there are many places that are short staffed and because of this they have an automatic menu that you order from. The problem that I have is that they do not prepare the orders in the order submitted. My order was a small order and was prepared after 2 large orders submitted after mine. Then when I got my order it was bagged and handed to me. Of course seeing all the great reviews I was looking forward to eating my chicken when I got home. Low and behold I received some else's order that was not even mine. I had no choice but to eat the chicken they decided to give me since I live miles from the location. All and all it was not worth my time and effort to come here for a subpar experience.
