Hella Good Burger

Got the Hella Smash Burger and Hella Good Fries. Fries were great, burger was good too. Will come here again when I'm craving loaded fries.

Tried the place one afternoon and was very satisfied. Just wanted a solid burger and fries and that is what we got. There are lots of options to choose from in the food court, but I would go back. We tried the Hella Good Burger, Chicken Sando, and the loaded fries. All were good and get agains.

Their efficiency was impressive; my order was prepared promptly, and I'm grateful I arrived when I did because the pace picked up quickly after I placed my order. Presentation is an art at Hella Good Burger. So aesthetically pleasing was my meal that I couldn't resist capturing the moment with both photos and a video. The attention to detail in the presentation added to the overall delightful dining experience. Now, let's talk about the star of the show—the Hella Insane Burger. It's really just a counter, but there's plenty of places to sit and enjoy your meal in the square, so it's not an issue, but don't expect "atmosphere ". I may have been on edibles but they had the perfect waffle fries --chrispy warm clouds of potato. The smash burger was so tasty. I really can't say anything bad about it. Will try again when I'm sober and reevaluate.

The first burger double patties was 7/10 due to it wasnt even warm and the bottom bun was soggy. Now the pickles I think are awesome, and the patties was perfectly cooked. The western burger was cooked well too but the onion ring was soggy so it was just mushy breading and the bbq sauce isn't for me but the choice in bacon was just right so i give it 7/10. The hella dirty fries unfortunately wasn't hot either and overall was good but wasn't hella good and dirty. i had more cheese and bacon and warmed it up and so that took it from 6 to an 8/10. Definitely isn't something to order to be delivered because it wasn't hot at all but will go to the spot next time.

Visiting my sister here on the left coast and we decided to pop into San Jose's super cute San Pedro Square. We heard music coming from the back porch on the north side and wandered into the Market building only to find a plethora of great smelling shops on our way to the music. Being famished from the long travel day i had quite the appetite. We saddled up to Hella Good Burger and ordered. I had the blue cheese burger while listening toa a fun yacht rock band. The food came out plenty fast just as I was getting my first sip of beer while getting to know the band. The burger was great and the fries and shake as well. The burger has plenty of blue cheese, creamy but not thin, and a great spread of bacon bits and sweet grilled onions. The buttered and grilled bun held up well while I munched on the 1/3 pound patty. A bit more than half the time I go out for a burger or a steak I'm thinking in the back of my head 'I make better meat than this.'. Tonight was one of those other nights. Will we return to the cute San Pedro Square? You bet! Will we return to Hella Good Burger? If I'm looking for a satisfying patty with great flavor - I'm all in!

One of the places at San Pedro Square and it’s Hella Good, just like the name! Got the chicken nuggets meal for the kid which included fries and a drink and the hella fried chicken burger. ALL of it was so crispy, moist, tasty, delicious. The coleslaw in the fried chicken sandwich was not overwhelming and it all was well balanced. We all enjoyed it!
